He is returning to the screen after over a decade. His last release was Katti Batti opposite Kangana Ranaut in 2015. 近日，网友张先生向大象新闻·大象帮反映，自今年7月8日开始，许昌市经济技术开发区长村张街道罗庄社区居民家中就停止了自来水供应，一个多月过去了，仍未恢复。夏季炎热，停水严重影响了居民的正常生活。这到底是怎么一回事？8月21日，记者前往罗庄社区进行了走访。

走访中，居民们向记者出示了今年7月8日罗庄社区居委会发布的一份《关于社区实施集中供水的公告》，上面显示，自2023年以来，社区自来水运营长期处于亏损状态，每月水费亏损金额2万多元。

B | 三年来，社区集体经济财政账户持续垫付填补水费亏空，全力保障全村居民正常、不间断用水。但随着亏损长期累积，社区财政资金压力持续剧增，财务收支严重失衡，已无力继续承担供水亏损。针对自来水长期亏损难题，社区多次向上级主管部门汇报，积极协调对接，争取政策帮扶与解决方案但始终未探索出有效扭转亏损的办法。经社区综合研判，最终决定实施社区集中供水模式。“目前，我们设了5个接水口，让老百姓暂时先到集中供水点接水。同时，也正在积极与居民沟通和向上级反映协调整改，十月份左右能让老百姓使用上自来水。
